The magazine always arrives 1 full week before it shows up in stores.
The articles usually have a fair amount of depth to them, and there's usually a few articles about events that I'm not even aware of from TV and reading news articles online.
Overall, it's a pretty good magazine. Definitely worth the 40 cents/week.

I have just started the Time Magazine subscription. So far so good. It arrives on time in the mail and covers many current political, global, national and other subjects. Time appears to be objective in reporting. For the price to receive 56 issues is a good purchase.
I like the magazines reporting, format and photos.
I have noticed however, that the magazine does not have great volume as far as thickness of material.

I have a problem when the distributor cancels my purchase because of my APO address. The mailing costs are exactly the same as if the magazine was being sent to any state in the lower 48 (NY zip code). Then, Amazon actually asks that I "rate" my purchase, really classy.

When I placed the order it said the first issue would not arrive until 4-6 weeks later, but I got my first after 3 weeks. It was exciting!

I get most of my news via the web these days, but this is one magazine I've continued to subscribe to. Love getting it in the mail each week. It's something I can read quickly and skim though, with just a few minutes. Great for those who want to get a broad overview of what is going on in the world but don't have a lot of time.
